Here are some of the events sneak peeks for june 2012 .

VINTAGE WEDDING THEME DECOR

Vintage simply means something being old-fashioned, classical, or from another time. Of course, it also means the year a wine's grapes were harvested but in terms of a vintage wedding, a vintage theme encapsulates "from another time". This could be the 1980s (if you're that way inclined) or perhaps Victorian times or the 1920s. Whatever tickles your fancy really.

Choose your favourite era from the past and incorporate any aspects of that era into any part of your wedding. It could be something as simple as wearing your mother's or grandmother's wedding dress, or perhaps using material from an old wedding dress in your newly designed and created designer wedding dress. The bridesmaids could be dressed in a style from the era you've chosen and both yourself and your bridesmaids could wear jewellery and accessories from that era.

A Victorian vintage wedding could incorporate a lot of lace, pearls, gloves and brooches. A 1920's vintage wedding could showcase gorgeous birdcage veils, pillbox hats and headpieces that were popular with the ladies back in the day. A 1950's vintage wedding would be great fun with big full skirts and Mary Jane patent leather shoes (with heels of course). Music and entertainment recreated from the era would give your older guests a feeling of nostalgia and your younger guests a taste of something a bit different.

Vintage Wedding Decorations

The decorations are where your vintage wedding will come to life. A mixture of new and old items will be easier to obtain, rather than all old or all new. New items can still fit in with your vintage wedding, as long as they represent your choosen era. For old items you could raid your parent's or grandparent's belongings as there are bound to be some little treasures you could use to decorate your reception venue. Also visit second hand or antique stores for more elusive pieces that you simply must have to add the finishing touches to your vintage wedding.

Some things you can use in decor to bring the theme are as follow

Candelabras with antique carving & crystals
Lace table overlays.
Gold & ivory colors
Lamp centerpieces
Crystal chandliers
Crystal broach on chair covers .

The Wedding fair 2012

The Wedding fair was a lot of fun and a great success. Best decor & rental Booth was voted on by the brides attending and we would like to personally thank-you for your votes. Fusion Bollywood won Best decor Booth !!

kate and Roy Fairy Tale wedding

OCT 30 2010 , This beautiful couple got married in delta hotel .
I still remeber the day kate came with a vision for her wedding , she wanted everything baby pink with , whole hotel banquet room draped around with drapery .
The beautiful mazanita tree centerpieces and stage was made up with 8 ft mazanita trees and branches joined together loaded with crystal and candle votives.

wedding decoration in calgary round up centre

On October 30 2010 , the beautiful hindu ceremony held at BMO centre calgary , decorated with our curved mandap with , hand embrioded jakordhi backdrop and crystals . Please see the glimes of it in pictures below provide by cosmin danila.
Mandap represent structure used for hindu ceremony , each pillar the role that the couple's parents have played in bringing up their children, providing ongoing love, support, strength and guidance.

 Aisle with lord ganesh ji statues considered lucky and blessing when you start a new life or important step in your life .

The reception was held at the same venue , the hall was flipped from ceremony to reception decor , The main elements were tree centerpieces , stage created from the mandap pillars , adding some  customized details . please see the glimpses for reception below

The centerpieces were mazanita trees with flower balls crystals , LED candles and wedding favors with Nisha and sonu pictures in key chains to personalize the elements .

Bollywood Theme party at westin calgary , Alberta.

The Bollywood bash, as we call it, is the most popular & happening theme. It is suitable for almost every occasion, age group or season. This theme itself is a cluster of diff. themes right from the golden old days of bollywood to the current flashy bollywood. we had a had chance to decorate a bollywood theme party at westin hotel on May 13 2011 .
This party had taj mahal lounge to set the mood for all glimps of bollywoods and india greatest treasure symbol taj mahal as wall backdrop .the room was filled indian carved handmade furniture , lights and beautiful hand embriodery overlays for cocktail tables please the some pics from taj mahal lounge .

The main room was decorated with ceiling drapes and lamps hanging in the middle of it , the tables had 5 colour table cloths alternated . The ivory chair wraps had colourfull kashmina scarfs for guest to take home.

The hall was lighted up by beautiful light effects by Stardusteventgroup.

The entrance way was to welcome all guest in bollywood way , with movie posters , red carpet and bollywood photoshoot backdrops to take home memories for the the night please the glimpse of it below .
